My name is Steve Stusek and I repair saxophones. I began repairing musical instruments in high school, and I’ve been at it ever since (almost 50 years). Now I exclusively repair saxophones. What sets me apart from most saxophone technicians (and I know some very good ones) is that I also have nearly 50 years experience as an international classical saxophonist and university teacher. What this means for you is that I have the highest expectations from my own saxophones - they must seal perfectly, be as silent as possible, mechanically, and they need to feel good under my fingers. I extend the same performance level to your instruments. Whether it’s an emergency fix, a COA, or an entire overhaul, I stand behind my work.
